BS13 Health Fun Day – Thurs 28th August 2025
Swift Primary Care Network are partnering with local organisations to hold a community event in Hartcliffe and Withywood. The event will be from 11am-3pm on Thursday 28th August at Hartcliffe Methodist Church, Mowcroft. There will be a range of fun activities for children (such as face painting) and health services/checks and information for adults. All are welcome!
Living Well with Diabetes Course – Starts Mon 8th September 2025
NHS Talking Therapies in BNSSG (provided by Vita Health Group) are offering patients with Diabetes a free online course called ‘Living Well with Diabetes’.
The course will run on Monday evenings, 5-6.30pm, starting from Monday 8th September 2025 and is for anyone with Type 1, Type 2, Gestational or Pre-Diabetes.
To refer on to the course, patients must go through our NHS Talking Therapies service first, via self referral or professional referral:
